AGRIWORK supports the human-centered digital transformation of European agriculture by helping workers, technicians and farm managers develop the skills needed to safely and effectively interact with robotics, artificial intelligence, sensor technologies and digital decision-support systems.
Through the AgriWorkforce 5.0 concept, the project combines workforce skills mapping, an AI-assisted adaptive training platform and immersive XR-based training for human–robot collaboration. These solutions will be validated in Living Labs, supporting workforce upskilling, safer human–robot interaction and wider adoption of digital technologies in European agriculture.
